By choosing to commission me, you agree to my terms of service. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your request!

— General —

• I reserve the right to reject a commission at my discretion.
• I may post and publish the commissioned product, including displaying the product in portfolio, social media, and use it for self-promotion.\
• My service generally does not include designing a character, unless stated otherwise.
• Customer may request that I do not publicly disclose the product (work-in-progress or finished) for a limited period of time (e.g., months or until a specific project release).
  • Maximum non-disclosure period is 1 year by default. Circumstances may be discussed, but may be charged with extra fee.
• All commissioned products are strictly digital. There will be no physical products delivered unless previously agreed otherwise.

Use

• Always give credits when using the product.

• Product is for personal use or online content only.

• Customer may edit the product by notifying me beforehand.

• Customer may not use the product for Artificial Intelligence tools or datasets.

• Customer may not resell nor reproduce the product.

  For merchandising rights, separate agreement with different pricing apply. Commercial content license is included within the base price without extra fee.

Includes but not limited to profile picture; wallpapers; social media header; printing for non-profit, gifts, or charity.

Assets used in content creation (e.g., videos, music videos, streaming assets) that can be monetized.

Book illustration, game assets, advertisements, mass printed, sold as merchandise.

— Intelectual Property Rights —

• The Intellectual Property rights for any existing IP in the commissioned product (includes but not limited to canon characters, locations, and art style) remain with its original owner.
• I retain all copyrights to the commissioned product.
• Customer will receive the rights to use the finished commissioned product for the agreed-upon purpose.
